Accounts/Office Administrator
We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts/Office Administrator. This is a varied role within an extremely busy office environment. The duties include a high volume of invoice production using Sage Line 50, data entry, dealing with telephone enquiries, issuing quotations, diary management, photocopying, filing and other office duties as required.
GCSE / O Levels in Maths and English are essential, together with Accounts and Administrative experience. The successful applicant would demonstrate a professional and flexible approach to their work, be able to prioritise their workload, possess excellent communication skills and pay high attention to detail, as accuracy is of the utmost importance. They would also enjoy working as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage are essential.
