All engineering staff are qualified electricians and equipped with the latest specialised testing equipment, including laptop PC’s for recording data, along with control panel uploading/downloading requirements.

AFP is one of the largest South Wales based BAFE approved fire alarm installation companies. This means we can issue fire alarm certificates for design, installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems. Most UK insurance companies insit on a fire alarm being installed by a BAFE accreditetd company.

We are also BS EN 9001:2000 Accredited for the installation and maintenance of Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting, Nurse call and Access control systems. Also we are recognised as an”Approved Installer” with the NICEIC, the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting.

Your equipment is serviced in accordance with British Standards and that of your local fire authority and any insurance requirements. We utilise an industry specific data-base which allows us to tailor a schedule that suits your needs and ensures visits are completed as agreed.

The Advanced Fire Protection Certificate Of Inspection

This document is issued after each service visit. It gives you a comprehensive report on the condition of systems, the work carried out by our engineer, and any recommendations made.
