We are specialists in the Design, Installation and Maintenance of Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting Systems. We currently provide services to various clientele, ranging from local councils, property management companies, government organisations, to general business throughout our service area. This is currently Wales and the South West.

We provide 24 hour emergency call out facilities 365 days a year through our team of fully trained engineers.

All engineering staff are qualified electricians and equipped with the latest specialised testing equipment, including laptop PC's for recording data, along with control panel uploading/downloading requirements.

We believe that we are only one of two fire alarm specialists in South Wales who carry out their work to BS5839 Part 1, 2002, regardless of claims made by other companies.

Our design team will provide you with a tailored solution to your particular needs at a cost we feel that you will find most satisfactory be it a commercial property, hotel, school, office, or even a residential property.

A manned telephone response that guarantees your emergency call will be attended to, with no additional out of hour expenses. One fee for any emergency call.

Scheduled Maintenance

Your equipment is serviced in accordance with British Standards and that of your local fire authority and any insurance requirements. We utilise an industry specific data-base which allows us to tailor a schedule that suits your needs and ensures visits are completed as agreed.

This document is issued after each service visit. It gives you a comprehensive report on the condition of systems, the work carried out by our engineer, and any recommendations made.

Alerting people when a fire breaks out is crucial. The alarm system provides an easy and cost effective alarm system. Each unit contains a break glass panel. When the panel is broken it activates a 105db alarm.

Alarmed Call Point Cover

In 2002, there were 477,100 false fire alarms, of which 67,100 arose from the malicious use of a call point. The Alarmed Call Point Cover has been helping stop false alarms around the world for decades, without restricting legitimate operation of devices such as fire alarm break glass call points. The stopper consists of a clear, tamper-proof, tough polycarbonate cover and frame that fits over the break glass call point. When lifted to gain access to the break glass, the battery powered integral sounder emits a piercing 120dB sound. Immediate attention is drawn to the area and the culprit will either run or be caught.
